For problems that require immediate attention, we offer a premium Rapid Response option. In choosing to use our Rapid Response Service, we guarantee that:

• Your call will be answered with a higher priority than calls made to our standard service line.
• Your appointment will be scheduled for the earliest possible window. For standard service calls, we give our technicians a 90 minute notification for new service calls in order to ensure that they can route their calls as efficiently as possible. With Rapid Response, your appointment will be scheduled as early as possible.
• We will reach out to our technicians directly to see if they can fit you into their schedule immediately without affecting their existing appointments.
